Nathan Benderson Park believes fitness should be accessible to everyone. That's why we offer a wide range of free and low-cost outdoor fitness classes year-round — from sunrise yoga by the lake to high-intensity boot camps on the green.
Our certified instructors lead classes for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're training for competition or just looking to stay active, you'll find a welcoming community and a beautiful setting at NBP.

How to Join
Most fitness classes at Nathan Benderson Park are free and open to the public — no registration required. Just show up at the scheduled time and location with water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothing.
